These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and bi111 ("bi111", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bi111 website, its associated mobile-optimised pages, and all gambling, betting and gaming services offered therein. By accessing the bi111 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. To register an account with bi111, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active. bi111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account used for deposits).

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
• You are not a previous bi111 account holder whose account was closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You will maintain one account only and will not attempt to open duplicate accounts.

bi111 uses the mobile number provided at registration as the primary identifier for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify bi111 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

bi111 accepts deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfers from supported Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bi111 does not charge fees on deposits made via local payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bi111 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. Before processing your first withdrawal, bi111 requires completion of KYC identity verification. This is a one-time process. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

Delays may occur where additional verification is required, during high-volume periods, or where a withdrawal triggers bi111's internal fraud detection procedures. bi111 will communicate transparently with affected players regarding any delays.

bi111 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific Promotion terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all Promotions offered by bi111:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each Promotion. Unfulfilled wagering will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.
• bi111 reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion at any time and to disqualify players who attempt to abuse or exploit Promotions through irregular betting patterns, matched betting or other prohibited techniques.
• Multiple accounts created to claim the same Promotion constitute fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bi111 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of funds held in the account at the time of detection:

• Creating more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use bi111 to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party, or permitting any third party to access or operate your account.

bi111 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. Any funds associated with prohibited activities may be frozen, withheld or reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

bi111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where bi111 reasonably believes that: (a) a player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) a player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest or criminal conduct; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users; or (d) a player is unable to satisfy eligibility requirements. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting bi111 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account, subject to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

All content on the bi111 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, software code, game assets and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of bi111 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content on the bi111 platform without the prior written consent of bi111. Unauthorised use of bi111 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bi111 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or any other economic loss, even if bi111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bi111's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your bi111 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bi111 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. bi111 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance. bi111 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, game malfunctions, or connectivity issues beyond bi111's reasonable control.

bi111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users. bi111 operates strictly as an adult entertainment platform — access is limited to individuals aged 21 and above. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders and loss limits through their account settings. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of bi111 that cannot be resolved through bi111's internal customer support process should be directed in writing to bi111 via the contact email address published on this website. bi111 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
